With three consecutively successful years of trading behind them, Krome are motivated as ever to continue exceeding expectations and remaining true to its values of providing a consistently high level of service. In order to keep these high standards and continue growing in this industry Krome see it as crucial to start at the heart of the company, with its team.

Krome have seen 4 new members join the team in the last month as a result of their organic growth; the four new positions consist of a Business Manager within the Sales team, an additional member of the First Line Support within the technical team, a new role in the form of a Service Delivery Manager, along with an additional member of the fulfilment delivery team.

Krome are excited to have taken on board each of these individuals and would like to officially welcome them to the team.

Darren McCormack- Business Manager, Sales Team

Darren was previously responsible for Gartner’s Information Security portfolio of events across EMEA including the Security Market Place at Gartner’s European Symposium, an event that attracts in excess of 3,000 CIO’s. After 2 very successful years and being instrumental in the launch of Gartner’s Identity and Access Management event in EMEA, Darren made the decision to move into IT services. Darren spent 3 years working within an IT services organisation in central London, where he was promoted to head of sales in less than a year.

After meeting Krome’s Commercial Director at a recent business event, Darren was immediately impressed by Krome’s philosophies and was keen to join the team: “I met Sam Mager just under a year ago and was impressed with his philosophies on how business should be done; after researching Krome further I realised this was a company that had the ability and desire to achieve great things. The leadership team and staff have a focus and commitment to success and the atmosphere in the business is one of expectation and excitement. I had several job offers from market leading companies and know I have made the right choice in choosing to join the team at Krome.”

Aaron Garcia- First Line Technician, Helpdesk Team

Aaron is fresh to the industry, choosing Krome as his first choice following his graduation from University. Aaron has chosen to work with Krome as he recognises the opportunity to build on his existing skills and apply them to a variety of different fields; when asked why he wanted to join the team at Krome, Aaron stated: “The people at Krome seem to work hard but have fun doing it, I really wanted to be a part of that! I am also looking forward to learning a great deal and developing my career long term within Krome.”

Henry Boyce- Service Delivery Manager

Henry has joined Krome in a new service delivery role, tasked with maintaining and improving project delivery service levels, working alongside both the sales and technical departments. Henry has been in the IT industry for over 15 years, spending the last 5 years at a Data Networking installation company. Within his previous role he managed major accounts, over-seeing networking projects, sourcing and procuring materials, resources and ensuring deliverables were met. Henry comments: “Having spent a number of years with my previous employer, Krome presented an exciting new opportunity to work for a young, enthusiastic and already very successful company; I am looking forward to becoming an integral part of the team here.”

Ales Bastl- Fulfilment Engineer

Following the increase in business over the past 12 months, the requirement to expand the fulfilment team has also arisen. Ales Bastl has joined the team, in the role of Engineer, Ales commented: “I am really excited to be working at Krome, so far the company seems to be professional and very friendly.
