Apprenticeship Testimonials

Emily    Apprenticeship Course - Business Administrator Level 3

“Whilst college is a good path for some, with an apprenticeship you don't just study the curriculum to pass your exams, you receive on the job training, and get the opportunity to gain skills in a real-world working environment, specific to the industry you want a career in. It offers an open pathway for career progression. I am proud to be Krome's first ever apprentice; throughout my apprenticeship with Krome I was offered substantial support towards the competition of my portfolio and the passing of my exams. Whilst undertaking my apprenticeship I also gained knowledge of the company, which enabled me to take on more responsibilities after completing my apprenticeship and set the stage for moving to different roles and departments.”
